Russ Horn
Russ found a passion for technology at an early age, programming and playing on a Commodore 64. He went on to earn a B.A. in Mathematics and an M.S. degree in Management Information Systems. He spent time as a network administrator, systems analyst, adjunct professor, and IT Auditor prior to serving as President for CoNetrix and Tandem. Along with his interest in technology and cybersecurity, Russ is a husband, father, grandfather, and runner.
GRC Content Manager
Alyssa Pugh
Alyssa Pugh is an educator, expert, and content creator with a passion for helping people navigate the challenges of governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC). She has more than ten years of professional technical and information security experience. She currently serves as the GRC Content Manager for Tandem, where she supervises the Tandem Content team and oversees the development of cybersecurity compliance content and educational resources. In addition to her passion for technology, Alyssa is also a wife, graphic designer, and video game enthusiast.
Chief of Staff
Leticia Saiid
After earning a B.A. and a M.A. in Mathematics, Leticia joined CoNetrix, where she served as the Tandem Software Support Manager for several years. She built and directed Tandem's first team of support specialists. Leticia now serves as Chief of Staff where she has spent the last 6 years focusing on corporate strategy, employee development, and training. In her free time she enjoys being a college algebra adjunct professor, playing piano, and solving jigsaw puzzles.

Samantha Torrez-Hidalgo
Samantha has been working in the customer and IT service industry for over ten years. She has been with CoNetrix for nine years, first working in Tandem Support, and now working as an Information Security and Compliance Consultant with Boost. Samantha thrives on being a helpful resource for her customers and finding the best solution to each problem she encounters. She has spoken at several conferences and published many blog posts driven by her experience with risk assessments, vendor management, and more.

Joseph Ellis
Joseph has experience performing IT audits for community financial institutions, managing real estate investment properties, and providing critical patient care as a registered nurse. Technology has been woven into Joseph's professional work experience for over 20 years, and he enjoys finding ways to develop technological solutions to everyday problems. As part of the Boost Consulting team, Joseph assists financial institutions in developing and maintaining their information security program, including business continuity planning, risk assessments, cybersecurity, and vendor management.

Ed McMurray
Ed serves as the General Manager of the CoNetrix Security company, providing information security and cybersecurity audit, consulting, and testing services. He earned a B.S. in Mathematics, an M.S. in Information Systems Security, and served four years as an Intelligence Officer in the U.S. Air Force. Ed's passion for technology has followed many paths, including sysop of a bulletin board system (BBS), running a mini-network in the desert, network and security admin, IT auditor, and technology history enthusiast. Ed takes pride in being a husband, father, and tinkerer.

Benjamin Taylor
Benjamin has always been fascinated by the interactions of people, how life is perceived, and how both internal and external factors impact people's actions. He earned a B.B.A in Accounting and an M.Ed in Educational Leadership. He has spent time as a Teacher, Administrator, and an Auditor before becoming the Training Manager for CoNetrix Security.
Network Administrator CoNetrix Technology
Chris Brewer
Chris serves as the Network Administrator for internal CoNetrix network operations and as a senior engineer for the CoNetrix Aspire cloud infrastructure. Chris earned his B.B.A. in Management Information Systems at Texas Tech University while working for CoNetrix as an Intern and became a full-time engineer following graduation. Since 2005, he has helped lead the deployment, support, and continuing maintenance of new and existing technologies at CoNetrix. Like most other IT professionals, Chris hates printers.

Savannah Richardson
Savannah has a B.A. in Business Administration, an M.S. in Finance, and has earned the IT Risk Fundamentals ISACA certificate. Currently, Savannah works as a GRC Content Analyst at Tandem. Her enthusiasm for learning shows with interest in topics such as GRC, risk management, and personal financial planning.
