Our goal for the Tandem software suite is to make information security compliance better and easier for financial institutions. To join our Development Team you must be resourceful and a self starter who has excellent programming skills. We offer a great working environment, scoring 11 out of 12 on The Joel Test.
Quality Assurance at Tandem is more than just testing software features after they are built. Our QA engineers work closely with our development and support teams to plan, prioritize, and deploy features across multiple platforms.
As part of the Tandem team, a Support Specialist is expected to support the software in a variety of ways. This includes traditional forms of support, like helping customers over the phone or email, as well as conducting software demonstrations, and brainstorming new solutions and features with the development team.
CoNetrix Security and Tandem provide Information Security services and compliance software. A Sales Account Manager for these companies must be someone who enjoys building new business and managing client relationships.
